I am a retired sergeant from the Detroit Police Department, currently living in Whitmore Lake with my wife. I have an Associates of Arts from Henry Ford Community College and a BS in Criminal Justice from Wayne State University.

As an active member of the community, I am a current member and past president of the Whitmore Lake Kiwanis, sponsor of the Builder's and key club in the middle and high schools, and serve on the Planning Commission & Building Authority for Northfield Township.

In my spare time, I enjoy sailing, golf, photography, hunting, fishing and Michigan History.
